SERVICE POLICY

1. Sample Requests
Applicants often inquire about information or viewing documents from our previous successful applicants. However, we maintain the confidentiality of our applicants’ information, including names, addresses, documents, and application statuses. We do not share this information with other applicants, schools, or programs. Testimonials from former applicants, while maintaining confidentiality, can be viewed on our homepage to provide perspectives on their experiences with our services. These testimonials serve as valuable feedback. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

2. Processing Time
The time required to complete each work depends on factors such as project length, complexity, and order queue. The processing time for each work is outlined under its policy. This timeframe begins after the applicant places the order and provides all required documents.

3. Expedited Fee
If an applicant requires a work to be ready within 72 hours or before the outlined processing time, an expedited fee is applicable. This fee compensates for the extra labor required to meet the requested timeframe. The expedited processing fee is $150 for Personal Statements and $75 for most other works. The work will be accepted only if we can fulfill the request. Please consult your advisor for this charge before placing your order. Fees are subject to change.

4. Support Hours
Our standard support hours are outlined on our website, from Monday through Friday. Although we may occasionally respond to inquiries outside of these hours, it is not the standard practice. Thank you for your patience, and we will address any further questions you have as promptly as possible.

5. Accepted Payments
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), bank payments (ACH) from 2,400 financial institutions, Zelle, and Google Pay. Invoices paid by credit card are subject to a 4% fee collected by the payment processor. To avoid fees, we encourage payments through Zelle. Payments can be made online or processed over the phone.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared during our services, including personal and academic information, will be kept confidential. We require all participants in our services to adhere to strict confidentiality standards as we take confidentiality seriously. Breach of confidentiality may result in the applicant being banned from future services provided by our institution. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we strive to maintain a safe and confidential environment for our applicants.

7. Code of Conduct
All applicants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes professionalism and mutual respect. Any behavior considered inappropriate or disrespectful will not be tolerated and may lead to the termination of the service without a refund.

MENTORING PROGRAM POLICY

1. Overview
Our mentorship program is designed to provide comprehensive guidance and support to applicants throughout the entire application process. Over the years, we have observed that the applicants who participate in our mentorship program achieve the best results in their application. This program is especially recommended to applicants seeking admission into U.S. dental programs. The goal of the program is to alleviate the stress and confusion of the application process and to ensure that applicants have the support they need to succeed.

2. Benefits
The program allows applicants to ask any questions they have concerning their application, supplemental documents, selecting the right evaluators, developing their profile throughout the application cycle, selecting programs to apply to, guidance for bench test exams, and more.
Additionally, the program includes a free evaluation session after each interview, during which applicants will receive valuable feedback on their performance and identify areas for improvement for future interviews.

3. Program Scope
It is important to note that the mentorship program is not a writing or interview preparation service. Rather, it is an advisory service that provides applicants with the answers and guidance they need to make informed decisions and succeed in the application process. If you are looking for writing, interviews, or bench test prep services, please make sure you check other services on our website.

4. Structure
The mentorship program consists of weekly or biweekly one-on-one phone conversations with an advisor. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

5. Additional Hours
Applicants can purchase additional hours beyond the standard 60-minute sessions and divide them over multiple sessions as needed. This option is available to applicants who may require additional support or guidance throughout the application process. The additional hours can be used for further discussion and exploration of topics related to the application process and any other relevant areas. The program is committed to providing the necessary resources for applicants to succeed in their applications.

6. Training
One of the primary goals of the program is to help applicants improve their communication skills, become more goal-oriented, and make informed decisions throughout the application process. By matching applicants with advisors who have experience and expertise in these areas, the program aims to provide the support and guidance needed for success.

7. Evaluation
We collect feedback from both mentors and mentees. This feedback is used to improve the program and make it more effective in the future.

8. Confidentiality
All information shared during this service, including personal and academic information, will be kept confidential. This confidentiality applies to both advisors and applicants. We require all participants in the program to adhere to strict confidentiality standards as we take confidentiality seriously. Breach of confidentiality may result in the applicant being banned from this or future services provided by our institution. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we strive to maintain a safe and confidential environment for our applicants.

9. Code of Conduct
All applicants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes professionalism and mutual respect. Any behavior considered inappropriate or disrespectful will not be tolerated and may lead to the termination of the mentorship program without a refund.

10. Disclaimer
The mentorship program does not guarantee acceptance into the specific program or any other program. The program is designed to provide guidance and support, but the ultimate decision regarding acceptance into a program is at the discretion of the program’s admissions committee.
